Hi, I’m Jessica—a coffee-drinking, yoga-loving psychologist with a passion for helping parents and educators manage big feelings and challenging reactions (for both themselves and their kids). Since 2010, I’ve been working with families to build resilience, understanding, and calm in their relationships.
As a mum of three and Director of a large paediatric psychology practice, I know firsthand the overwhelm and frustration that can come with parenting. Each of my kids has unique needs, and that requires me to adapt, stay flexible, and find creative ways to support them as they grow. Honestly, they teach me as much as I teach them—every single day.
